hawaii - day 1: longest day ever.

so at the moment, i'm at hawaii.. Oahu to be exact.

the day was basically focused on getting here.

the fact that going back in time 3 hours made the day super long. 5 hour flight, 4 hours getting settled.

it was about 8 oclock when parag and i could actually get what we wanted done.

First on the list, buy alcohol.

Second, do something a "little" fun. --swimming. not fun when the pool is 4 feet deep and just 2 dudes.

third, shower.

it's about 11 oclock, and theres basically nothing for us to do right now, so we basically figured we just kick back, watch tv, and drink.

highlights so far tho:

- room is awesome. great patio view.

- orlando won. 3-1 whattup.

-the fact that parag is here makes the time here so much more exceptional.

parag and i figured that we had a long day. so getting here alive was a great accomplishment for today. tomorrow is a new day, and we'll actually be here during the day lol.

so obviously..it's been quite a moment.

what's been going on:

-anatomy...not doing so well anymore, just glad im passing.

-built a beer pong table. it's awesome. the end. been playing waaay too much tho. so addicting.

-just got into torrents. i dont know why i havent learned about this stuff before.

-sad that chuck may end.

-April 25. one of the awesomest days ever. intense yet so chill. wont go into detail tho since there's so much.

-playing video games nonstop. beat uncharted today. woot.

-have not been working out. damn you anatomy.

yepp..not much. same old me. =]

maybe ill start blogging again soon. oh so soon. or not.

i just got done reading through a 17 page assignment i wrote about myself back in high school.

i never actually realized how much i've changed until this moment. a lot of my ideals, feelings, and knowledge have definitely changed since i was a senior in high school. im still wearing the same damn masks i told myself i would remove. what happened to me?

i know people go through this all the time, but it hasnt hit me like this for awhile now and i think i needed it.

i need to get back to who i was, the better me.

starting today, i'm re-removing my mask.

i think ill also make another blog for more private posts lol.

so i just found out that my next anatomy exam is in a week from today.

how ready? so so not ready.

i'm not gunna lie, but i don't even know what we're talking about in class as of right now.

and i just bought sf4. that is going to kill me.

aannd... i have a major speech the day after. shoot me already.

i should stop complaining and just get on it.

oh. so i've been working out for a good 3 weeks now, and as i weighed myself last night, turns out i lost 12 lbs. already. so that's a highlight of mine recently.

saturday evening.
the dwindle of valentine's day.
what.a.boring.day.
...tho, i did get a lot of my tasks completed.
-rest: done
-return grandmas cardigan: done
-learn 2 songs: done
okay maybe i didn't get much done.
i did try to study at the library, but my feeble mind forgot to bring a usb cord.
instead, i wasted 2 hours watching the assassination plot of the senator of micronesia through events involving male models.
it wasn't too much of a waste i guess. yes, glenn. you can hit me.

so for the past..i want to say..4 hours, we have been pondering whether or not we should be going to a party in compton.
around 1 a.m., when we decide to leave the house to check it out, it gets rolled.
at least i saved myself some thread and needles.
that's my day. valentine's day sucked. and scene.

so it's four o'clock in the morning, i'm effin tired, but right now seemed like a better time than any to write in here.

so just came back from sel's place. i think i can easily say she is who inspired me to make this blog. wow, she doesn't even know it. anyways, it was cool as always. this whole dieting thing that's been going on for me really set the line for me tonight though. i literally drank about less than half of a rice cup of beer. i feel pretty proud of myself yet i don't.

four day weekend goals:

-study

-make a cake (but try not to eat it)

-reserve sf4 at gamestop. gotta get ryu's headband

-rest

-learn 2 songs

-fold clothes that have been sitting and waiting to be folded for a week now

-get the will power to go to the optometrist

-try to make valentines day not so discomforting

-return grandma's cardigan from christmas

yep, its been awhile, but i have the urge to write

in here for some apparent reason so here i go..

last time i was here, i decided that i would put my attendance to social gatherings at a halt.

That turned out to be a failure.

BUT.

i am still doing well nonetheless. I received an 89.1 % on my first anatomy exam (damn you .9%!!)

I've been working out and doing less potato couching. it is pretty awesome, yet expensive =/.

why do I even write in here? no one even reads this. whatever.

big bear belly

so. school has started... and because of that i have decided to push myself into the utmost seclusion of my home for the rest of the quarter (realistically). In doing this, I gave myself the last super-ultimo-magnifico weekend to enjoy what I can while I can. I went to big bear.

no, no snowboarding.

no, no snow angels.

just staying the night at kevin's cabin along with the bro's-- alfred, elvis, loren, and of course, kevin.

Activities accomplished:

-segregating each room for a source of entertainment i.e. ps3 room, pool table room, internet room, kitchen (for bingeing), and the separate television room. what more can we ask for?

-buying 3 cases of 30 pack beers and drinking more than 60 % of it (no props to loren and gayvis for they are weak and only drink 3 beers each).

-running in our underwear in the snow

-hours of drinking games including: flip cup, up and down the river, concentration, beer poker (yep, unfortunately, there was no beer pong or kings cup).

-elvis gets really close to beating my field runners score. yes, it is a big deal.

there is just too much to explain. but with all that said and done, my weekend is over and it is time to get my head in the game. no more parties. no more "eating out". no more procrastinating. hello world, here i come.

i recently realized that i am caught in the social conformity of what society is, at least in the most dull areas.
it's not that it is bad, but i think i would appreciate myself more if i could be a little more original.
but then again..is it even possible? especially to do it without the negligence of others?

it's a new year, time to start something new..
for the past couple of weeks, all that has been happening is eating, drinking, sitting, losing.
school starts next week, time to change.
